The code that I wrote for Grundgrün can be found in part within the open source framework Powerline. That is an extension of the stock market simulation tool Zipline, to reflect the peculiarities of the energy market (especially in Germany).
Code that I wrote at the TU or for the Bundesbank is sadly not openly accessible.
